1. If a breakaway roper moves up to compete in Calf Roping before required, due to age, he/she cannot compete in breakaway any more.July/2007. Amendment to rule #1 in breakaway roping.

2. Breakaway Ropers will use nylon string to tie rope to the saddle horn. The string is to be furnished by the producer. (10/07)

3. Out of state members in good standing may serve on the Board of Directors. This will
be held to a limit of two out of state members on the board at any given time. (10/08)

4. The stock/office charge at all ACA sanctioned rodeos will be $7.00 for timed events
and $10.00 for rough stock events. (10/08)

5. Team Ropers that are in the top 15 standings on both header & heeler ends at point cut-off will have to choose which end they plan to compete at the ACA Finals. (10/09)

6. In the event that an announcer skips a barrel racer, causing her to run out of turn, the barrel racer that was skipped will be placed at the bottom of the list. The ground will be worked and then she will run.

7. The goat tying must be run before barrel racing or move the stake a minimum of 20 feet in
front of the third barrel or drag the arena before goat tying.

8. On page 45, the rule regarding the barrier should read, “shall not be more than a maximum
of 12 feet in length.”

9. Producers must have 8 ACA first rodeo to be eligible for the finals. (1/10)
